📍 Location: South Wales (Flexible Hybrid – Office Presence as Needed)
💰 Salary: £92,000
🏢 Sector: Not-for-Profit

We are deligted to partner exclusively on an exciting leadership opportunity within Technology & Business Transformation for a respected not-for-profit organisation. This is a key hire, replacing a successful post-holder who is retiring and providing the chance to lead and deliver an already-established roadmap for transformation.

In this critical role, you will lead the Technology & Business Change functions, overseeing a team of approximately 15 people. You will be responsible for executing a defined strategy grounded in cloud-first and Microsoft-first principles, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE). The organisation already have a successful relationship with a 3rd party for D365 CE and a key part of this role will be partnering with them. Success in this role requires driving initiatives that support a single version of the truth, reduce complexity, and phasing out legacy systems.

The position offers an opportunity to shape and influence digital transformation at a strategic level within an organisation that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will act as a senior thought leader, engaging with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure alignment between technology and operational goals.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in leading Technology & Business Change functions at a senior level
  • Demonstrable success in cloud-first and Microsoft-first environments
  • Demonstrable technical understanding of D365 CE (not necessarily at developer or architect level)
  • A strong background in delivering and executing digital strategies
  • Expertise in driving transformation programmes and simplifying business processes
  • A collaborative leadership style with a flexible approach to hybrid and remote working

This is a hybrid role with no fixed requirement for office attendance; however, flexibility will be essential. While the organisation supports remote and even international working, some on-site presence may occasionally be required to support business priorities.

If you are a transformational leader looking to make a lasting impact within the not-for-profit sector, this is the perfect opportunity to bring your vision and expertise to a forward-thinking organisation.
