Senior Product Manager

I’m partnering with a well-funded, rapidly scaling fintech platform (1m+ customers) looking to hire a Senior Product Manager.
This is a high-impact role focused on shaping how customers receive personalised financial guidance across saving, investing and long-term planning journeys. You’ll define the strategy, own the roadmap, and build intuitive in-app experiences that help customers make confident financial decisions.
Key focus areas:
- Owning wealth proposition & guidance strategy
- Designing and scaling digital financial planning experiences
- Leading experimentation and defining success metrics
- Embedding guidance across the full customer lifecycle
- Balancing customer outcomes with commercial impact (AUA, retention, LTV)
Looking for:
- Strong consumer proposition experience
- Proven track record in experimentation & ambiguous problem spaces
- Analytical and commercially minded
- Fintech / wealth experience a plus
