📍 Location: North West (Hybrid – minimum 2 days onsite per week)
💼 Contract: Permanent
💰 Salary: £43,500 per annum

A leading Housing Association in the North West is seeking an experienced Senior Applications Officer to play a key role in supporting and enhancing critical IT systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead system upgrades, empower stakeholders through training, and drive continuous improvement across business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support IT systems upgrades and enhancements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles
• Provide expert support for Housing Management and Repairs & Scheduling systems

Essential Skills:

• Strong SQL expertise
• Proven experience supporting Housing Management Systems
• Familiarity with repairs and scheduling platforms
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills

Desirable:

• ITIL v3 certification
• Experience with NEC, DRS, or ROCC systems
