Business Change Manager
Location: Manchester or London (regular travel to London required – travel & accommodation covered)
Salary: Up to £53,000 (Manchester) / Up to £61,000 (London)
Agile & Hybrid Working: 1–2 days per week in the London office
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Business Change Manager to lead change initiatives across a major transformation programme. You’ll shape and deliver effective change management strategies, ensuring projects achieve their intended outcomes and benefits while supporting colleagues through change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver change management across transformation and improvement projects
- Develop and embed consistent change management approaches and tools
- Provide guidance, coaching, and assurance to teams across the business
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive engagement and successful outcomes
- Use data and insights to monitor, measure, and continuously improve change delivery
What you need:
- Proven experience leading business change in large or complex organisations
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of project delivery, benefits realisation, and risk management
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions
