CMIS Timetabling Manager | £45k - £50k | Remote
We are currently partnering with an HE organisation that is looking for a Timetabling Consultant (with expertise around CMIS) to join them on an initial 3-month fixed term contract to lead on the creation of their Academic Timetable for 2025/26.

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

Skills and experience:
- Strong Timetabling/Resource scheduling experience using CMIS as a timetabling software
- Ability to handle large volume of data that report on engagement, attendance etc
- Proactive, willingness to learn and an interest in problem solving
- Excellent communication skills as well as an ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
What You’ll Do
- Lead the production and management of academic timetables using CMIS
- Collaborate with a small, dynamic team of Timetabling Officers and Administrators
- Optimise room and resource allocation across centrally timetabled spaces
- Manage timetable requests, changes, and communications
- Support hybrid, Welsh-medium, and international programme delivery
- Maintain accurate records across student, staff, and course levels
