We are seeking a highly skilled D365 Test Analyst to join our team in the Legal Services industry. This is a fully remote role offering a competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum.
As a D365 Test Analyst, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing test scripts across the Dynamics 365 platform, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with functional consultants, developers, and end-users to identify test requirements and develop comprehensive test plans. You will also support regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing stages across multiple modules such as Finance, Operations, Customer Service or Sales.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience testing Dynamics 365 applications, preferably within the legal or professional services sector. Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, testing tools (such as Azure DevOps), and automation frameworks is essential. You should possess a solid understanding of business processes in D365, with attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying defects and ensuring system stability.
Essential requirements include experience in manual and automated testing, a solid grasp of testing best practices, test documentation, and defect tracking. ISTQB certification or equivalent is preferred. You will demonstrate excellent communication and analytical skills, along with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices is desirable.
