What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain robust data systems and pipelines on AWS.
- Implement scalable, secure data architectures and ensure optimal data flow.
- Lead cloud data platform development, data modelling, and technical planning.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices in data engineering.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with AWS services (Redshift, Lambda, S3, Glue, Lake Formation).
- Expertise in ETL/ELT development, data warehouse design (Kimball, Lakehouse).
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to manage projects effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with DBT, Apache Iceberg, Docker (nice to have).
