The Role
We are looking for a Salesforce RevOps Manager to own and optimize our Salesforce ecosystem across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will sit at the intersection of data, systems, and revenue strategy—ensuring our go-to-market teams are enabled with clean data, efficient processes, and reliable reporting.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable systems, working closely with stakeholders, and using data to drive commercial decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce & Systems Ownership

Own and administer Salesforce across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success

Design, build, and optimize Salesforce objects, automations, flows, and validation rules
-
Manage integrations with RevOps tools (e.g. marketing automation, data platforms, CPQ, billing, BI)
Revenue Operations & Process
-
Design and continuously improve end-to-end revenue processes (Lead-to-Cash, Opportunity Management, Renewals, Expansion)
-
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to align processes and KPIs
-
Support territory planning, pipeline management, and quota modeling
Data, Reporting & Forecasting

Ensure high-quality, reliable data across Salesforce
-
Build dashboards and reports for pipeline, forecasting, ARR, churn, and revenue performance
-
Deliver insights that support strategic decision-making and growth planning
Enablement & Governance
-
Document processes, best practices, and Salesforce usage guidelines
-
Train and support GTM teams to drive adoption and efficiency
-
Act as the point of contact for Salesforce vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
Required
-
3+ years experience in Salesforce administration, RevOps, or Sales Operations
-
Strong hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud essential; Service Cloud a plus)
-
Experience supporting B2B revenue teams in a data-driven or SaaS environment
-
Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting, forecasting, and metrics
-
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Nice to Have
-
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.)
-
Experience with data companies, SaaS, or subscription-based models
-
Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, CPQ, or BI tools

Experience with RevOps metrics (ARR, LTV, CAC, churn, NRR)
