Project Manager - Outside IR35 - 4 Month Contract Opportunity
We are supporting a Housing Association who are looking for a Project Manager to lead and manage regulatory and readiness projects within a housing environment.
This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of the SDR (Statutory/Service Delivery Reporting) process, ensuring all submissions and associated satisfaction measures are delivered accurately and on time in line with regulatory deadlines.
They will be responsible for coordinating a large number of interdependent activities required to produce the SDR and TSM submissions. This includes planning, tracking, and managing detailed tasks such as stakeholder sign-off of data requirements, production of data and dashboards, validation and review of figures, data extracts, and formal approval from data owners.
The postholder must work at a very detailed, granular level, maintaining oversight of all inputs and dependencies, ensuring nothing is missed. Strong stakeholder engagement is essential, working closely with data owners, analysts, and senior stakeholders to secure timely sign-off and resolve issues.
