We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Salesforce Consultant with a strong techno-functional background to join our growing consultancy team. This is a unique opportunity for a self-starter who is ready to grow with the business and thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment. You will be instrumental in implementing Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, while playing a key role in facilitating technical discovery sessions and translating business requirements into functional solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering Salesforce projects, with the ability to handle both technical and functional responsibilities. You should possess excellent communication skills, be confident in commercial discussions, and capable of working directly with clients to understand and meet their business needs. Experience with Marketing Cloud is advantageous, but not essential.
This role offers considerable scope for professional development, as we are hiring for potential and long-term growth. The right individual will take a proactive approach, displaying initiative and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the wider team. As the business expands, you will be presented with the chance to take on leadership responsibilities and contribute to the strategic direction of our Salesforce team, which is expected to grow by 6 people within the next year and 15 within two years.
We are looking for individuals who demonstrate high levels of curiosity, drive, and ambition. Your ability to quickly understand new technologies and apply them to solve real-world challenges will be highly valued. A background in consulting, particularly within a start-up or scale-up environment, will be beneficial, as will any Salesforce certifications relevant to Consulting, Administration, and Development.
This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity offering up to £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. Located in London, this role may involve occasional travel to client sites and offers flexibility within a collaborative and supportive team culture.
