We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong foundation in delivery and stakeholder engagement to lead multiple projects within the consulting industry. This hybrid role is based in London and offers a competitive salary of £80,000.
The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of digital platforms, including Bloomreach, Salesforce, and/or Klayvio and have demonstrable experience in managing both managed services and implementation projects. A results-driven approach and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget are essential.
Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams across concurrent projects, tracking milestones and deliverables, identifying and mitigating risks, and maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be adept at managing scope creep, setting clear expectations, and maintaining alignment between business goals and technical deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through to delivery
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects with a focus on Salesforce, Bloomreach, Klayvio, and Hightouch platforms amongst other similar products
- Develop detailed project plans and track progress against objectives and KPIs
- Control and manage scope changes and project risks effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels
- Work across managed services and implementations to drive results
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering complex digital and CRM-related projects
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and Bloomreach, with exposure to Klayvio and Hightouch
- Excellent stakeholder management, both internally and client-facing
- Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, timelines, and budgets in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in consulting or digital agency environments is desirable
