This is a high-impact role where you’ll own the digital roadmap, ensuring systems work harder for the community and the teams supporting them.
The Mission:

Lead the design and rollout of new modules in NEC Housing and MRI Jigsaw.

Own critical technical tasks including Rents Year End and major system upgrades.

Build and document robust APIs while using advanced SQL to optimize data.

Manage a small team and translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
What You Need:
✅ Expert knowledge of NEC Housing (Northgate) and MRI Jigsaw. ✅ Strong SQL skills and a solid grasp of API best practices. ✅ Experience managing complex projects in a regulated environment. ✅ A degree or equivalent vocational qualification.
