Job Description

We are seeking an experienced NEC Technical Consultant to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting NEC solutions that align with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business needs and provide technical solutions using NEC Housing.
• Design, configure, and implement NEC modules in accordance with business and technical requirements.
• Provide technical expertise during project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment.
• Perform thorough testing of NEC configurations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver project objectives.
• Document technical specifications, configurations, and user guidelines.
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for NEC solutions as required.
• Stay up-to-date with developments and innovations within NEC systems and associated technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an NEC Technical Consultant or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of NEC systems and their implementation in various environments.
• Experience with system integration and customisation using NEC tools and platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet project deadlines.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and systems architecture.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Good communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
