You’ve built the relationships. Now find a platform that gives you the freedom to grow.
An established London Market broker is looking to strengthen its US Property offering, with an opportunity for an ambitious, commercially astute individual to play a key role in its next phase of growth.
The business combines deep London Market expertise with an entrepreneurial culture and a focus on building long-term value. It offers a collaborative, low-ego environment where individuals have a voice, their contribution is recognised and they can help shape the business.
Property is a core strength, with expertise spanning North American Open Market and Binding Authority business. Its capabilities range from individual delegated authority risks to large Property programmes. Established relationships across Lloyd’s and the company market, together with the specialist support needed to place business effectively, provide a strong platform for growth.
A highly profitable Canadian Property binder business sits alongside an established US binder portfolio, supported by long-standing wholesale relationships and consistent business flow. The infrastructure and expertise are already in place, giving you the opportunity to build on that foundation and shape the next phase of US expansion.
The opportunity
Joining at AD or Director level dependent on experience you will have the scope to:
  • Grow a US Property portfolio across Open Market and/or Binding Authorities, taking ownership of production and relationship development.
  • Strengthen existing relationships, increase repeat business and convert opportunities into sustainable brokerage revenue.
  • Develop and win new business, leading pitches and negotiations.
  • Work closely with London Market underwriters to secure capacity and develop competitive placement solutions.
  • Represent the business through client visits, industry events and regular engagement with US trading partners.
  • Help shape the direction and growth of the US business.
  • Trade freely, without US parent restrictions or tied distribution.
