Tribal EBS | Student Data / MIS Manager

The position involves managing Tribal EBS, which handles student records, fees, and reporting, ensuring proper ownership and effective use of systems within the organisation's wider operations.
Role Overview:
This role is key to developing and implementing stronger data and system management practices within the Registry team, ensuring accurate and efficient operations aligned with the institution's strategic goals.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Experience with Tribal EBS system
• Proven ability to take ownership of systems and data management
• Strong understanding of student information systems and reporting
• Ability to implement process improvements
• Relevant technical skills in system administration or management
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimise the use of Tribal EBS for student records, fees, and reporting
• Own the systems and data processes within the Registry team
• Introduce and oversee stronger system and data management processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to reduce manual tasks and improve workflows
• Provide technical support and guidance related to Tribal EBS when required
Requirements:
• Right to work in the UK
• Experience with Tribal EBS specifically
• Location: On-Site (London or specified location)
• Ability to manage systems and data effectively
Nice to Have:
• Experience with SITS or similar student information systems
