We are seeking an experienced and passionate Solution Architect to join our client's Consulting team on a hybrid basis in London. This role offers a competitive salary of £80,000 per year and provides the opportunity to work at the forefront of technology, delivering strategic solutions for a variety of clients.
As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and leading the implementation of complex solutions across a wide range of clients. You will play a key role in ensuring technical excellence, stakeholder engagement, and client satisfaction. You will bring your expertise in multiple platforms including Salesforce, Bloomreach, and Hightouch, along with solid technical and coding capabilities. Your ability to translate business requirements into robust and scalable architectures will be critical to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end technical solutions that align with client business goals.
- Lead architecture and technology discussions with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Work closely with clients in a customer-facing capacity to understand needs and translate those into viable solution designs.
- Leverage expertise in platforms such as Salesforce, Bloomreach, and Hightouch to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance across development and delivery teams.
- Champion AI integration across projects, advising on best practices and identifying innovative use cases to drive strategic advancements.
- Establish foundational use cases for AI application to support future-focused initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology trends and tools across architecture and consulting best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect within the consulting industry.
- Strong technical background, ideally with hands-on experience in coding and systems integration.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Salesforce, Bloomreach, and Hightouch.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Track record of managing stakeholders and building strong client relationships.
- A genuine enthusiasm and expertise in artificial intelligence, with the ability to act as an internal AI champion.
- Experience defining and implementing AI-related use cases in a commercial environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment.
