Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 2-3+ years in a Salesforce Architect or Technical Architect role
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, particularly Retail Execution and Offline Mobile solutions
- Proven experience delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations and transformations
- Strong technical skills across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, integrations, and DevOps practices
- Ability to define solution architecture, integration strategy, security protocols, and data models
- Consulting background with the capacity to translate business challenges into effective technological solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management, including engagement with senior business and technology leaders
- Salesforce Architecture certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA) are preferred
Nice to Have Skills:
- Industry-specific experience in FMCG or Consumer Products sectors
- Additional certifications or specialized training in Salesforce or related technologies
- Experience with offline mobile solutions and retail execution platforms
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce projects within the consumer goods or FMCG industry
