We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support a major transformation programme within the Health sector, based in the East Midlands. This role offers a day rate of £400 and is initially a 6-month contract with a high likelihood of extension.
The successful candidate will work within a growing Centre of Excellence to bridge the gap between business and technical teams. You will play a critical role in capturing and shaping high-level business requirements across various Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud and MuleSoft. Your ability to work effectively in an unstructured environment will be key to success.
You will utilise a traditional Waterfall delivery methodology and be responsible for producing clear documentation of requirements, process flows, and business cases. Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage and influence senior stakeholders are essential, as is your capability to build strong relationships, understand business needs, and translate them into technical requirements for development teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and document high-level business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and refine requirements
- Act as a liaison between the business and technology functions
- Support the implementation of multiple Salesforce clouds and Mulesoft integrations
- Work within a Waterfall delivery framework
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the Centre of Excellence
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platforms including Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds
- Ability to work in unstructured environments and manage ambiguity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Experience delivering projects in a Waterfall environment
- Passion for working in a caring and collaborative culture
