What You’ll Do

• Architect and own end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Data Cloud, and industry-specific clouds.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and functional teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions.
• Design robust integration patterns using APIs, middleware, and event-driven approaches to connect Salesforce with external systems.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to enterprise standards, including security, scalability, and performance.
• Lead design reviews, oversee development practices, and guide teams to uphold best practices and code quality.
• Define API standards, data models, and architecture blueprints, maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.
• Support pre-sales activities with solution design, effort estimates, and strategic technical advice.
• Maintain ownership of architecture decisions and validate technical designs throughout project delivery.

Must-Have Requirements

• 8+ years of client-facing consulting experience focused on Salesforce architecture and solution design.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, and Marketing Cloud.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Proven ability to design scalable integration patterns and to work directly with clients to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Demonstrated success in creating and maintaining technical documentation such as ERDs, process flows, and architecture diagrams.
• Salesforce certifications in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and at least one Salesforce Architect domain (e.g., Application or System Architect).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform limits, security, deployment architecture, and performance considerations.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce release management.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with event streaming tools like Kafka / Confluent.
• Knowledge of data transformation from nested JSON or EDIFACT into relational models.
• Familiarity with Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Field Service, or Revenue Cloud.
• Previous delivery experience in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC region.
