Job Title: Data Engineering Lead

Salary: up to £110,000 DOE
Gravitas is working with a London-based Investment Management company, who is looking to expand its Technology & Data team.
The Data Engineering Lead will be responsible for building secure, reliable, and innovative solutions that underpin the company’s strategic ambitions and will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering a modern data platform based on Microsoft Fabric.
This is a hands-on role and will suit someone who is looking to progress with in a collaborative environment, offering the opportunity to influence architecture, establish best practices, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality data solutions aligned with financial services regulations.
You will need:
Technical Expertise
- Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, Pipelines).
- Data modelling (dimensional, semantic, Lakehouse patterns).
- ETL/ELT design and orchestration.
- SQL, T-SQL, Python, PySpark.
- Power BI (DAX, semantic models).
- Azure DevOps, Git-based deployment, automated testing.
