We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join a growing team within the housing industry. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in housing and data, who possesses an analytical mind-set, excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn. You should be comfortable working independently and remotely, managing tasks efficiently, and adhering to deadlines.
Role Overview: You’ll be supporting the delivery of a locality-based asset investment programme by:
- Assisting with data validation, manipulation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Helping shape and refine investment plans across housing assets.
- Supporting workshops and liaising with various operational teams.
Key Skills:
- Strong Excel/data handling capabilities
- Comfortable working with housing systems/asset data.
- Organised and confident communicator.
- Data manipulation skills
- Ability to triage and prioritise requests
Desireable Skills:
- Familiarity with Decent Homes standards and asset lifecycle (e.g., boiler/kitchen/bathroom replacements)
Contract Details:
- Location: London, United Kingdom
- Salary: £250 per day
- Contract Length: 3–6 months
- Outside IR35
