I’m looking for support to identify a candidate for a short-term assignment within a client’s iTrent/HR function. They need immediate impact ahead of an audit.
Key challenges:
- 800 vacancies on the system (mix of genuine and “zombie” roles)
- Data quality issues distorting establishment reporting
- No integration between ATS and iTrent, causing unreliable vacancy visibility
Profile sought:
- Solid iTrent familiarity and HR systems/process understanding
- Strong stakeholder engagement and persuasive communication
- Highly organised, able to plan, execute, and document decisions
Responsibilities:
- Clean and reconcile vacancy data; implement a clear audit trail
- Engage line managers to obtain updates and drive accountability
- Action outcomes in iTrent (close/repurpose positions, document rationale)
- Support recruitment workflow and basic establishment housekeeping
Contract details:
- Rate: £220/day
- IR35: Inside
- Length: 3 months
- Pattern: 3 days per week (some flexibility)
