This role requires managing multiple projects, overseeing stakeholder engagement, and driving project delivery across various workstreams. Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager delivering complex technology change programmes
- Stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and external suppliers
- Experience delivering projects involving Housing Management Systems (HMS), ideally MRI
- Managing system upgrades, implementations, and module mobilisations
- Overseeing data and application-focused project workstreams
- Ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects and maintain delivery momentum
Nice to Have
- Experience within the housing sector
- Knowledge of MRI Housing software and modules
- Experience managing compliance-driven projects, including Awaab's Law initiatives
- Supporting contractor onboarding and system integration programmes
Role Overview
The IT Project Manager will oversee a portfolio of critical technology projects, including the upgrade and enhancement of the MRI Housing Management System and the onboarding of contractors. The role entails providing governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery management for key initiatives such as Awaab's Law Phase 2. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners is vital to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of multiple IT and business change projects within the organisation
- Manage the upgrade and enhancement processes for the MRI Housing Management System
- Oversee mobilisation and implementation of additional MRI modules
- Coordinate onboarding and integration of contractors into core systems and processes
- Provide governance and oversight for the Awaab's Law Phase 2 programme
- Maintain project plans, risk registers, dependencies, budgets, and resources
- Drive collaboration between IT, operational teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Lead and direct Senior Business Analysts to ensure outcome-focused delivery
