Foundry Tech Lead

🚀 Tech Lead | London | Up to £140k base + Bonus + Equity 

I'm working with a product led fintech that's going through a major engineering transformation and is looking for a Tech Lead to help build the next generation of products.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit in meetings all day.

They're looking for a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving difficult problems, working closely with product, and helping shape engineering direction in a lean, autonomous environment.

Experience with any of the following would be useful:

• React
• Node.js
• React Native
• Java

That said, they're deliberately technology agnostic. Great engineers who can quickly learn new tools are valued far more than someone tied to a specific stack.

They're particularly interested in engineers who:

✅ Think commercially, not just technically
✅ Use AI daily to improve how they build software
✅ Enjoy taking products from idea to production
✅ Have strong backend and architectural fundamentals
✅ Like working in small, high-trust engineering teams
