ERP Programme Director
Our client is a leading consultancy supporting a Private Equity-backed organisation currently undertaking a large-scale ERP transformation. This role involves leading the blueprinting phase and ERP selection process, which are critical to the success of the transformation project. Role Overview:
The ERP Programme Director will be responsible for overseeing the blueprinting phase of a significant ERP transformation, including defining the target operating model, driving the RFP/selection process, and ensuring the delivery aligns with business goals. This role is essential in guiding the project through crucial initial stages and setting the foundation for successful implementation.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Extensive experience leading 15–20+ ERP implementations across platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, or Infor
• Proven ability to lead blueprinting, define target operating models, and manage RFP/selection processes
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with CFOs and supply chain functions (P2P)
• Background in complex business transformation within manufacturing, logistics, or distribution industries
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the blueprinting phase of the ERP transformation project
• Develop and define the organisation’s target operating model
• Drive the RFP process and oversee ERP platform selection
• Collaborate with senior leadership, including CFOs and supply chain teams
• Ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope during the initial 2-week engagement
Requirements:
• Right to work in the UK
• Significant experience in ERP project leadership with a focus on blueprinting and selection
• Availability to commence on 19/06/2026 for a 2-week engagement
• Ability to work onsite 2–3 days per week in Leeds
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or distribution sectors is highly desirable
