Director of Partnerships

Our client, a forward-thinking technology company, fosters a collaborative and innovative culture that encourages strategic thinking and entrepreneurial spirit. This newly created role offers the chance to shape and develop the company's partner ecosystem, playing a vital part in driving growth and expanding market reach. The role involves managing and cultivating high-value strategic accounts, including major consulting firms, while building a new network of boutique-to-mid-sized integrators and consultancies across various markets. It is essential in scaling the partner-led delivery model and supporting the company's long-term commercial objectives.

Role Overview:
This position is central to managing strategic partnerships and developing the partner channel within the organisation. The successful candidate will establish trusted senior relationships with VIP accounts and cultivate a broad partner network to fuel revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Skills & Experience:
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in channel, partnerships, alliances, or strategic account management within the technology sector
• Proven success in building partner relationships or channel programmes
• Experience managing high-value, complex accounts with multiple stakeholders
• Track record of exceeding revenue targets through indirect or partner-led models
• Strong negotiation, deal structuring, and relationship-building skills, comfortable at senior and C-level engagement
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop a portfolio of key partner and OEM accounts, driving retention and growth
• Deepen existing relationships and identify expansion opportunities
• Execute partner recruitment strategies targeting system integrators and data consultancies
• Develop partner value proposition, enablement assets, and commercial frameworks
• Build a pipeline of prospective partners via outreach and events
• Support onboarding and enablement of new partners
• Track revenue and prepare regular performance reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partner activities with business objectives
