Requirements Gathering & Documentation Ability to elicit, define, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.

Process Mapping & Gap Analysis Skilled in visualising current vs. future state processes and identifying areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Management Confident working with cross-functional teams including transport planners, operations, legal, and finance.

Workshop Facilitation Experience running discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops to extract insights and align teams.
Sector-Specific Knowledge

Bus Franchising & Public Transport Operations Understanding of franchising models, transport policy, and local authority frameworks.

Bus Back Office Systems Familiarity with scheduling, ticketing, fleet management, and operational support platforms.

Customer Experience Insight into passenger journey touchpoints, service feedback loops, and user-centric design principles.
