What You’ll Do
- Build and extend multi-model LLM chat systems
- Design AI agents for multi-step business tasks
- Implement intelligent search and retrieval systems
- Develop prompts, system instructions, and context management
- Expand document processing (PDF, OCR, audio transcription)
- Collaborate across teams to deliver impactful AI solutions
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- 1–2 years+ in AI/ML engineering or related technical role
- Strong Python (production code experience)
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
- Document processing (PDF, OCR)
- SQL and structured data familiarity
- Excellent communication skills
Desirable:
- Intelligent search/retrieval systems
- Agent frameworks
- Azure cloud services
- MLflow, Flask, PySpark
What’s on Offer
- Salary: £45,000–£55,000
