Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead FrontEnd Vue Developer with a strong technical background and leadership experience to join our team on a 12-month contract. This is a hands-on role where you will lead and actively contribute to the development of our gaming platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the front-end development team, providing guidance and mentoring to other developers.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including designers, back-end developers, and project managers.
- Architect, build, and maintain scalable and high-performance front-end features.
- Utilise your expertise with Vue.js, Nuxt.js, and Tailwind CSS to create fast and responsive user interfaces.
- Participate in paired programming sessions as part of the team's development workflow.
- Contribute to code reviews, ensuring high-quality code standards are met.
- Collaborate in a 3-stage process as part of the recruitment and project setup.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a similar front-end role.
- Significant hands-on experience with Vue.js, Nuxt.js, and Tailwind CSS.
- Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Strong understanding of front-end development best practices and responsive UI/UX principles.
- Willingness to participate in paired programming as part of the team's workflow.
- Experience in the gaming industry, or a strong interest in gaming, is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
