Were looking for a consumer obsessed Product Manager with a background working in tech-first, Product led organisations.

About the Company:

Greentech scale-up changing the way households improve their carbon footprint through their market-leading two sided marketplace with 150K happy users. Their complex two-sided marketplace has also services a network of 10K accredited tradespeople, improving their ability to pivot with the market and scale rapidly in new markets.

About the Role:

As an Product Manager, you will report to their VP Product, joining their established team of PM's working on their international expansion and new SaaS offering, and influencing the wider business strategy! Stakeholder management is key for this position, so they will require you to be in their Leeds office 4 days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage agile development squads for their mobile app
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee their one of their agile, cross function teams to shape their internal processes
  • Lead weekly user interviews
  • Execute and build on their Product roadmap, aligning key stakeholders
  • Keep on top of industry trends to make sure they are always best in class

Qualifications:

Experience required:

  • Start-up/scale-up experience
  • Circa 2 years Product experience
  • Confident and clear communicator
  • Can do attitude and someone who thrives off efficiencies and quality
  • Highly data driven with a strong analytic, problem solving background
  • Technical background
  • Solid understanding of service design
  • Track record running continuous discovery

Preferred Skills:

  • SaaS Experience (Desired)
  • B2C App (Desired)
