We are seeking an individual ready to take the next step in their career as a Managing Director or an experienced Managing Director looking for a new challenge. Ideally, you will possess 10 years plus insurance experience and have come from a position which transacts low to medium-sized premiums and high volumes, including areas such as personal lines or specialty insurance. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire our team while driving success at a long-established and respected company. Reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating closely with the Board of Directors, you will oversee Sales, Service, and Operations, helping teams achieve key objectives and deliver strong results. A strategic mindset and a visionary approach will be essential as you guide the company forward. Key Responsibilities Include:
* Financial Leadership: Manage the company's sales P&L, optimize marketing ROI, and promote cost-efficiency with department leaders.
* Strategic Vision: Lead initiatives for growth, lower acquisition costs, and develop new product offerings for small businesses.
