Job Title: Senior Java Developer

Contract Length: 6 Months (Outside IR35 - likely to extend)

Location: London, (Hybrid)

Salary Range: £400 - £500 per day

We are currently partnering with a leading consultancy firm, looking to onboard a seasoned Java Developer. This role involves joining a skilled team in a dynamic and innovative environment, offering substantial growth opportunities.

Role Responsibilities:

• Development using Java 17 (some Java 11 still in use).
• Development with Spring Boot.
• Working in an environment architected around AWS / EC2 / Postgres / DynamoDB / SQS.
• Contributing to a micro-service / event-driven architecture.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Java Developer, particularly in a consultancy environment.
• Strong Java programming abilities.
• Familiarity with front-end development, utilising JavaScript/TypeScript, and some React.
• Knowledge of AWS / EC2 / Postgres / DynamoDB / SQS.
• Experience in micro-service / event-driven architecture is a bonus.
