An exciting opportunity has been announced to work with a housing association who are currently spearheading one of the largest transformation programmes in the housing sector. The ideal candidate for this role will have an abundance of experience gathering technical requirements.
Role: Solution Analyst
Salary: £57,298 (raising to 63,000)
Contract: 12 month FTC (potential for permanent contract)
Location: North West (On site 1 day per week)
Benefits package: 35 hour week with flexible working, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, generous pension; further details tbc.
Essential Skills for this role:
- Able to understand requirements and convert into technical solutions.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders explaining solutions in a way users will understand.
- Experience facilitating workshops.
- Ability to break down change into smaller parts EG: - there maybe requirements that require several solution
Desirable Skills for this role:
- Housing experience
- Housing Systems: DRS, Capita open housing, Promaster, Keystone, Oneserve, Total mobile
The successful candidate will work on a number of change requirements within one of the largest housing associations in the UK. Day to day duties will include: supporting with interfaces, replacing letter system, finding solutions for new systems, supporting with integrations, upgrades etc.
The IT team comprises of up to 200 people meaning the opportunities for progression and development are incredibly high especially for the Housing Sector. There is usually opportunities to side step to other roles and of course promotions. There is incredible potential for growth within your career with this role allowing for excellent career progression naturally to solution architect roles.
