Gravitas is currently partnering with a leading infrastructure services and engineering company in the UK, renowned for delivering high-quality solutions across various sectors. They operate across a diverse range of industries, including utilities, telecommunications, power, and civil engineering.
They are looking for an experienced Lead D365 F&O Developer as they look to build out their internal capabilities. This opportunity will be at the core of steering the D365 roadmap, building a development team from scratch, leading the hands on development of their newly implemented D365 ERP system. There is a healthy supply of projects to complete and an exciting time to join the business as they embark on their D365 Journey.
Role: Lead D365 F&O Developer
Salary: £75,000 (potential flex to go higher)
Location: 2-3 days onsite in Manchester (flex for the right person)

The skills required for this role include:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in MS D365 development
* Experience configurating & customising D365 F&O
* Plugin development and workflows with Dynamics 365
* Integration experience
* CI/CD (i.e. Azure Repos, Pipelines and Artifacts)
* Microsoft Power Apps development (model and canvas apps)
* Proven experience across one or more development languages including SQL, .NET, HTML, JavaScript, XML, C++, C#, PHM, Python, etc.
The ideal candidate will be a hands on developer, an SME with D365 F&O and have aspirations to build and manage a team.
