Position: Senior UX Designer
Location: Remote (with travel to London & Cambridge), will move to 2 days per week in London in 2025
Salary: Up to £75,000 pa + 10% bonus

The Role:
As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a key role in the design and development of a cutting-edge testing platform. You will lead end-to-end UX processes, from research to design, ensuring that user insights directly influence product strategy and development. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a passion for creating intuitive, impactful user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- UX Research & Design Leadership: Oversee and drive UX research and design efforts, ensuring a seamless user experience from concept through to final product.
- Conducting User Research: Utilise a range of research methods, including A/B testing, usability testing, interviews, and analytics, to gather user insights and validate design decisions.
- Design Prototyping & Wireframing: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups using tools such as Figma, Dovetail, and Jira to visualise design concepts and user flows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure user research is integrated into every stage of the product development cycle.
- Continuous Discovery & Improvement: Lead ongoing discovery sessions to gather insights and continuously refine the user experience based on user feedback and market needs.
- Advocate for User-Centred Design: Champion user experience best practices and ensure that all designs reflect a deep understanding of user needs and pain points.
Required Experience & Skills:
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Education, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX Research and Design or similar roles, with a proven track record of leading design projects from inception through implementation.
- Extensive experience with user research methods such as A/B testing, usability testing, interviews, surveys, and data analytics.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Dovetail, and Jira.
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of user-centred design principles and how to integrate them into a product development process.
- Experience in designing for educational platforms or testing products is highly advantageous, but not essential.
